If there is no habits they can't have a good healthy because with these stuff they could have their body in a good condition .

WHEN I WAS 13 YEARS OLD

When i was 13 years old

When i was 13 years old i was in my country which is Ecuador and i used to fight with my sister for no reason she couldn't see me and i couldn't see her but not i fell stupid sometimes i ask my self why i used to fight with my sister for no reason,now i call my sister and we were speaking by the phone.

About my Life....

My life is better than before because before i used to suffer a lot because i couldn't speak English but now my life is better.I was fat but one day i decided to go to the gym for low my weights and i lost it like 8 pounds and I thought that nobody love in my house because i was fat but it wasn't true they did love me.I was gonna go out from my house because I thought that everybody used to hate me .
